Job Title: Sales DirectorWe are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at CTU Career Chatz. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as the ability to achieve sales quotas.
The Sales Director will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers, prospecting for new enrolments, and negotiating agreements. A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customersCold calling to arrange meetings with potential customersRespond to incoming enquiriesNegotiate agreements and close salesGather market and customer informationSalary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
