Employer Description This is a company that supply electronic bikes Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Provide customers impeccable and friendly systems service, sales, solutions & reliable support nationwide. Build new and improve existing business relationships. Provide expert technical advice, insight and resolve technical or software issues. Efficient response to end consumer calls for technical and general product support, fault diagnosis & repair solutions, spares, actioning warranty cases per company guidelines and processing returns. Organize and conduct regional training. Initiates and implements regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc. Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive situation and derivation of new product ideas and market opportunities, systems updates & business development. Provides research, identifies development trends, gives feedback, implements action and innovation. Qualifications Minimum N5/matric. N6 (preferable) Skills Minimum 2 years successful external sales experience, preferably within the Bicycle Industry. Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Digital marketing knowledge (advantageous) Confident and well-spoken: Excellent verbal written and online communication skills. Knowledge of the bicycle industry.
