Employer Description: This is an electrical engineering company.Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will be the following:Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work.Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid.Manage and oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and proposals.Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and project management teams to gather required input for the bid.Review requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs) & requests for information (RFIs).Ensure that all bids meet regulatory, legal, and technical compliance requirements, including safety, environmental, and industry standards (such as ISO, NEC, IEC, etc.).Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary compliance documentation, such as certifications, quality assurance documents, and environmental clearances.Assist with the transition from bid to project execution, ensuring that all compliance aspects are integrated into project delivery.Train internal bid teams on compliance requirements and best practices related to bidding.QualificationsMatricDiploma / Degree in Business Management / Administration / Marketing or related fieldSkills5-8 years administering tenders in an Electrical Engineering or Construction Environment.3-5 years supervising a team within a sales/bids environment.Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients.Experience in reading and analyzing requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for quotation (RFQs).APMP Membership (Association of Proposal Management Professionals).Driver's License and own vehicle.BenefitsMedical AidGroup RiskTravel AllowanceCell Phone Allowance
