Employer Description This is a company that specializes in providing heat treatment services Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Identifying customers : Generating leads, contacting potential customers, and identifying their needs Building relationships : Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building new ones Selling : Making targeted pitches, explaining product features, and negotiating prices and terms Closing sales : Managing the sales cycle, preparing sales agreements, and closing new business Collaborating : Working with colleagues and coordinating with other sales representatives Reporting : Preparing reports, proposals, and other documentation Key Accounts Management: Managing existing client base Qualifications Matric Engineering/ Mechanical related Degree/ Diploma if not Metallurgical &/ or Heat Treatment Skills 3-5 years doing engineering related sales - Metallurgical Services & Heat preferred, Treatment but not essential Strong product or service experience with heat treatment Own vehicle and valid driver's license Benefits Commission (New customers: 10% monthly for the first 6 months, then 5% monthly for the next 6 months, returning customers (not used for 3 months or more): 5% monthly for 6 months) Petrol Allowance Cell Phone Allowance
