Employer DescriptionThis is an interior design company that does residential and commercial projectsJob DescriptionYour responsibilities will be the following:Meeting with clients, identifying and managing their needs, expectations and requirements.Ability to manage and monitor multiple projects from early concept through design development, approval, implementation and completion.Manage the procurement of material finishes and specifications.Prepare and manage budgets and timelines.Track project costs.Manage and ensure a detailed project schedule and work plan is prepared and adhered to per project.Monitor each projects performance to continually identify areas for improvement Applying the attain knowledge to ensure economies and efficiencies are realised for future projects of similar brief and complexity.Manage and ensure all drawings and documents are prepared and issued for council approval.High levels of planning, creativity, imagination and vision.Willing to travel frequently locally and internationally.QualificationsBSc Interior Architecture and (BSc Hons preferred subject to experience)MatricSkillsAt least 6 to 8 years postgraduate experience.Advance competence in computer-aided design (AutoCAD) & (Revit) software essential.3D Modelling and RenderingMicrosoft Office
