Focusing on delivering Scheme obligations, tailored customer experiences and data integrity.This is a 12 month contract role, working fulltime hours Monday through Friday at either our Brisbane, Sydney or Gisborne office.
This role is based in the office with ongoing training provided.Office LocationsSydney: Shelley St.Gisborne: Goode St.What you'll doThe core focus of this role will be to ensure a consistent approach to data quality across all schemes to support regulatory reporting and the management of data exchange across each of the privatised CTP schemes.Maintain ongoing data integrity of policiesSupport Commercial and Direct Customer Solutions Team in customer interactionsTrain and onboard new staff through high level CTP knowledgeWork closely with the CTP team members to ensure that all relevant issues are dealt with in an efficient and effective mannerWhat you'll bringExperience in the Insurance industry or financial servicesWell-developed written and oral communication skillsThe ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations to reach a viable solutionThe ability to manage and interpret information from multiple sources and levels ensuring accuracy in all aspects of a job.What we can offer youSuncorp's employee benefits are designed to support, empower and reward our people.
