REQUIREMENTS Registered Nurse experienced in operating theatre processes including Scrubbing, Flooring, Anaesthetic Induction or a qualification in Decontamination Services or any other sterilization procedures Current registration with SANC Previous experience in managing a CSSD department would be highly advantageous Flexibility related to working hours Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail Previous staff management and conflict management experience required
