Cssd Manager

Our Client, a Private Hospital Group in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, has a vacancy for a  CSSD Manager .
The successful candidate will report to the Nurse Manager.
Job Description Overall supervision of the CSSD.
Monitoring the sterilization process.
Supervising, guiding and training staff.
Managing the duty roster.
Allocating resources.
Minimum Requirements Registered Nurse Experienced in operating theatre processes including, scrubbing, flooring, anesthetic induction or a qualification in decontamination services or qualification in any other sterilization procedures.
Current registration with SANC Previous experience in managing a CSSD department would be highly advantageous  Flexibility relate to working hours Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail Previous staff management and conflict management experience required
