We are looking for a Technical Specialist with expertise in WordPress development and Zoho CRM integration .
In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager and Social Media Team to ensure seamless integration of website, CRM, and campaign efforts, while also managing Zoho email campaigns and bulk email solutions.
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites , ensuring smooth functionality and integration with Zoho CRM.
Implement and manage Zoho CRM integrations to support lead capture, customer management, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Team to ensure campaigns are fully aligned across platforms.
Set up and manage Zoho email campaigns and bulk email marketing, tracking engagement and performance.
Customize and enhance WordPress plugins and themes based on business and marketing needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance and CRM integrations.
Zoho Email Campaigns and Bulk Email: Design, set up, and manage Zoho Campaigns for targeted email marketing, integrating with WordPress for lead capture.
Manage bulk email campaigns through Zoho, ensuring proper segmentation and personalization.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align email content with broader campaign strategies.
Track email campaign performance in Zoho CRM , using reports and analytics to refine future campaigns.
Required Skills: 5 years of experience with WordPress development .
Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns .
Proficiency in PHP , HTML , CSS , and JavaScript .
Experience working closely with marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Ability to manage email campaigns and bulk marketing through Zoho .
Preferred Skills: Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics is an advantage.
Familiarity with MySQL databases and WordPress architecture.
