Crm Digital Manager (6-Month Contract)

Requirements A Bachelor's Degree (Preferably a Commercial one) 4 to 7 years of experience in Consumer Behavior Analytics Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills Experience with collaborating with External Agencies Working knowledge of CRM Data Systems Experience in Customer Acquisition Tactics E-commerce Experience (An advantage) Responsibilities Implement the various briefed business unit campaigns Provide behaviorally primed potential audiences Regularly provide insight-led campaign reports and help make any tactical corrections as necessary Provide budget recommendations per campaign Manage a hardworking CRM team Proactively provide the business units with opportunities for experimentation with audiences Manage the alignment of campaigns to relevant audiences, driving optimal cost per lead matrices Seek out industry trends and emerging new technologies
