RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree (Preferably a Commercial one)4 to 7 years of experience in Consumer Behavior AnalyticsStrong Quantitative and Analytical skillsExperience with collaborating with External AgenciesWorking knowledge of CRM Data SystemsExperience in Customer Acquisition TacticsE-commerce Experience (An advantage)ResponsibilitiesImplement the various briefed business unit campaignsProvide behaviorally primed potential audiencesRegularly provide insight-led campaign reports and help make any tactical corrections as necessaryProvide budget recommendations per campaignManage a hardworking CRM teamProactively provide the business units with opportunities for experimentation with audiencesManage the alignment of campaigns to relevant audiences, driving optimal cost per lead matricesSeek out industry trends and emerging new technologies
