The team's current responsibilities include technology, product and digital design services, software engineering, data management, warehousing, analysis, reporting, website development, app development, and supporting hospitality platforms and technology. Our international team is based in Paarl, South Africa, at Babylonstoren in Somerset, UK, at The Newt in Somerset, and at offices in Bristol, UK.Role DescriptionWe have an exciting position for someone with an eye for detail and a passion for data and customer experience. For this position, you will need to deeply understand our Customer Relationship Management system, HubSpot, its capabilities and integration with other systems across our estates. This includes building new workflows and dashboards/reports, ensuring data integrity in our customer database, and analysing data to make recommendations to our business teams across estates. We're looking for someone with business savvy and technical skills who will assist us in creating exceptional customer experiences. You will join an established data team to provide analysis and insight across our growing hospitality and e-commerce businesses. The team has built a solid foundation of core reports and is planning to expand into different parts of the business units and deliver new, more sophisticated types of analyses.You will play a key role in helping the data team achieve its longterm mission: to embed data into every decision, interaction, and process throughout the business units.
