We're looking for a CRM Business Analyst who understands Zoho and Pipedrive and is currently working in Salesforce. Primary Responsibilities:Lead day to day system management and optimisationOptimising software to the best of it's abilityReporting, updating, account sorting, account ranking, data entry and account managementOrganizing and analysing marketing and customer data and helping Sales and Marketing teamsAnalytical and data driven approach to creating new revenue opportunitiesKnowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategiesCreating new policies and optimising the relevant systems usage with the Sales teamsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSocial and emotional intelligence to tailor interactions for internal stakeholdersExtensive product knowledge of Zoho, Pipedrive and SalesforceTechnology skills in multiple CRM systems, software and applications Preferred Qualifications:A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related fieldHands-on experience with popular CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive is crucial.Experience in business analysis, particularly in understanding business processes and translating them into technical requirements, is essential.Experience in managing or supporting CRM-related projects, including implementation, customization, and integration with other systems.Familiarity with the industry in which the CRM will be applied e.g., finance, is beneficial Qualifications:3-5 years experience in a CRM Analyst role preferably in financial servicesMust be willing to work in officeSelfstarter with strong initiative and problem-solving skillsTrack record of leveraging industry and internal proof pointsAbility to handle a large number of projects and deadline drivenSelf motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal instructionHighly organised
