ENVIRONMENT:
A top cloud CRM and Contact Centre solutions company in Southern Africa would like the expertise of a CRM Build Engineer who will create, develop, and keep up CRM solutions using the Odoo Framework. You'll need a Tertiary Qualification and ideally a Programming Certificate in Python.
DUTIES:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain CRM solutions, leveraging the Odoo Framework and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
Build and customize CRM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and procedures to support CRM operations.
Integrate CRM systems with external applications and APIs, such as contact centres and Asterix.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of CRM-related issues.
Stay updated with emerging CRM technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Skills and Experience:
3-4 years of experience in Python programming.
Proficiency in the Odoo Framework with 3-4 years of hands-on experience.
Strong command of MS SQL and XML.
Extensive knowledge of web technologies and JavaScript.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Experience with CRM systems and their implementation (3-4 years).
Understanding of Odoo Apps and their customization (3-4 years).
Exposure to contact center solutions.
Basic understanding of Asterix is desirable (1-2 years).
