What we are looking for: A CRM and Direct Marketing Manager
What you will do: You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to engage our customers directly and enhance their overall experience.
With your expertise in CRM platforms and direct marketing techniques, you will lead initiatives aimed at maximising customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value.
Duties and Responsibilities (Includes, but are not limited to): Responsible for customer journey mapping of direct marketing campaigns across all direct channelsManage the customer direct marketing calendar to ensure good customer engagement and avoid opt-outsLiaise with business stakeholders on upcoming brand campaigns and ensure that customer communication is plotted in the marketing calendarResponsible for the set-up and reporting of customer surveysReport on campaign objectives laid out in the briefGuide business stakeholders on processes and best practices to understand customer's behaviour and engagement through communicationDefine documentation and road maps for direct business processes, A/B tests and promotions that succeed through direct communicationsManaging trigger campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise salesA/B testing on various campaigns to establish the most effective way to drive customer conversion against the objectiveEnsuring campaigns comply with current best practice and legal complianceIdentify target audience and opportunities to grow our direct marketing listsWhat do you need: Degree or relevant marketing qualificationMinimum of 4 years' experience in a CRM roleMust have worked for an online transactional business, with a strong digital presenceExperience working on or developing customer lifecycle programmesExperience with triggered communication and complex segmentationExperience with CRM tools and content management systemsAdvanced experience with MS Office tools and G-suite Google DocsStrong understanding of data management and governanceStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work within cross-functional teamsExtremely detail-orientated, whilst being able to see the big picture and how pieces across the organisation fit togetherMust be agile and able to change direction quickly
