Creditors Supervisor - Howick

Responsibilities:Management of the accounts payable function to ensure that the companys liabilities are efficiently and accurately maintainedOversee the creditors functionStrong inter-departmental interactionCreditors reconciliationsCapture invoices and credit notesReconciliation of creditors statementsReview and prepare payment documentsReview documentation for new accountsMeet the required creditors deadlines and provide feedback to the finance manager weeklySupervise the team and provide training and guidance where necessaryPromote process improvements and compliance within the creditors teamMonitor and implement corrective action for old, aged items on the age analysisCompilation of ad hoc reports as required from time to timeRequirementsA related degree/diploma in the following fields of study (accounting, finance, and business administration)At least 3 years experience in a creditors environment is requiredAt least 1 years experience in a senior/supervisory creditors role, including overseeing creditors staffHigh level of computer literacy is required.
