CREDITORS SUPERVISOR – WestvilleA vacancy exists for a Creditors Supervisor stationed at our Westville Office.The main purpose of this position is to perform a full Creditors Supervisor function.Key Performance Areas:Receiving of invoices and ensuring that the necessary authorisation is obtainedPreparation of invoices and capturing onto SAP before month end deadlinesEnsuring that monthly statements are received and creditors' accounts are reconciled monthly / weekly for fuel creditorsLiaising with suppliers in relation to any queries and ensuring that they are resolvedAdministration of creditor accountsPreparation and capturing of creditor paymentsFiling of all relevant documentationEnsuring the correct handling of VAT in all instancesAccurately raise accruals for each monthManagement of Creditors staffOverall support to FinanceSkills required:Minimum Matric Certificate and a recognised creditors qualificationAt least 3 years' experience and full knowledge of creditors systems and reconciliations is essentialSound working knowledge of the SAP systemProficiency in MS Word, Power point and especially Excel is essentialStrong administration and organizational skillsNumerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are requiredPersonality attributes:Must be pro-active and innovativeAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesAbility to work without supervisionStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong administration skillsAbility to liaise professionally with suppliers and personnel at all levelsCore competencies:TeamworkCustomer focusCommunication skillsSelf-development
