The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Director and play a crucial role in our financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage debtors and creditorsHandle collections and reconciling accountsProcess invoicing and administration tasksOperate the reception switchboardManage clock cards and timekeepingUtilize Sage Pastel, Excel, Word, and other relevant softwareProcure office supplies and manage general procurement tasksRequirementsProven experience with Sage PastelStrong background in debtors and creditors managementExperience in collections, reconciling, and invoicingProficient in administration and reception dutiesSkilled in using Excel, Word, and other office softwareExperience in procurement of office suppliesExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishStable, mature-minded, and family-orientedNeat and well-presentedGood people skills and ability to work under pressureDedicated, diligent, and willing to learn our procedures and ethosMust have own reliable transportSupportive and family-oriented work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentSalary: R10 000R12 000 monthlyMedical Aid Insurance Contribution (Optional)MondayFriday: 8 am5 pm(One Saturday a yearFinancial year end)Only shortlisted candidates will be contactedDesired SkillsExcellent attitudeWorking well within a teamStrong numerical skillsExcellent customer servicePastel experienceAbility to work well under pressure
