Creditors Controller

IntroductionWe're seeking an experienced and proactive Creditors Controller to join a leading digital learning and online training company experiencing fast growth. The role is full function Accounts Payable and will take on additional responsibility to assist with the Procurement and related operational functions. This position will report to the Financial Manager on outstanding issues.The position is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy candidate who has a passion for working in Accounts Payable. The role combines the vibrant energy and environment of a tech company with the stability and perks of a large corporation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLoad all supplier invoices into the system.Manage all supplier payments.Perform monthly supplier reconciliations.Assist with the procurement procedures across multiple departments.Assist with the vendor management system and keep data up to date.Analyze general ledger accounts.Ensure all required documentation is obtained and stored on the system.Desired Qualifications & ExperienceAccounting or Finance Certification, Diploma, or Degree would be an advantage.At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in the Accounts Payable department.Proficient in ACCPAC / Sage 300 ERP or similar system.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.SalaryR350 000 - R450 000 annual salary
