Creditors Clerk (Manufacturing) (Sutherland Ridge, Centurion)

Job Purpose: Responsible for the end-to-end creditor's function which includes receiving, verifying, processing invoices and reconciliation of accounts payable tractions, to ensure that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously. Key Responsibilities: Processing of supplier and vendor invoices on the system Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices while adhering to payment terms; Conducting cashflow forecasting Reconciliation of supplier statements Analysing vendor applications Building and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers Handling of all supplier queries Participate in the audit process. Ensuring accurate record keeping Administrative tasks related to the role. Educational Qualifications: Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma. Knowledge and Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Sage Evolution Experience in a food manufacturing industry.
