Creditors Clerk (Manufacturing) (Sutherland Ridge, Centurion)

Job Purpose: Responsible for the end-to-end creditor's function which includes receiving, verifying, processing invoices and reconciliation of accounts payable tractions, to ensure that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously.Key Responsibilities:Processing of supplier and vendor invoices on the systemEnsuring timely and accurate payment of invoices while adhering to payment terms;Conducting cashflow forecastingReconciliation of supplier statementsAnalysing vendor applicationsBuilding and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliersHandling of all supplier queriesParticipate in the audit process.Ensuring accurate record keepingAdministrative tasks related to the role.Educational Qualifications:Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma.Knowledge and Experience:3-5 years' experience in a similar role.Knowledge of Sage EvolutionExperience in a food manufacturing industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKey Competencies:Attention to detail;Problem solving;Organizational skills;Communication and Interpersonal skills;Good written & verbal communication skills
