Creditors Clerk (Junior)

Job Description ·           Capture supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly into the accounting system.
·          Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
·          Process payments to suppliers according to agreed payment terms.
·          Reconcile supplier statements with the company's records, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved.
·          Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for approval.
·          Ensure all relevant creditor documentation is filed and stored properly.
Requirements ·          Grade 12 ·          Minimum 1 – 2 years experience, ·          Proficient in MS Office, ·          SAGE 300 experience will be an advantage ·          Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
