Minimum requirements: At least 5 10 years of experience in a similar positionExperience managing a book value of approximately R50 millionRelevant tertiary qualification or senior certificate with an accounting background and necessary experience in accounts payableStrong administrative background/skillsGood communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented and able to work under pressure with a high level of accuracyAble to work independently and proactivelyGood team playerStrong interpersonal skillsReferences from previous and current employersComputer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and OutlookValid drivers license and own transportResponsibilities:Preparing and processing accounts payable paymentsRequesting outstanding documentation, invoices and credit notesDaily and monthly reconciliationsGeneral administrative duties, data entry, filing and archivingMonthly reconciliations with suppliersReceiving and resolving accounts payable inquiriesFollowing up on outstanding invoicesAccurate entry of relevant dataGeneral administrative tasksConsultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
