Position: Creditors Clerk
Affinity International is a leading company in the global finance staffing sector, dedicated to providing the highest quality to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile invoices from suppliers accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and submit reports on accounts payable activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a certificate or diploma in accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
