Creditors Clerk

Job & Company Descriptions A top-tier company in the gaming industry is currently looking for a dedicated Creditors Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. You will mostly ensure the accurate and timely processing of creditor payments, maintaining financial integrity within a high-volume, high-value transaction environment. Duties: Process and reconcile creditor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage the full creditors function, including capturing, reconciling, and processing payments. Handle a large volume of transactions, with a book value ranging between R50 million to R100 million. Maintain accurate records and ensure all creditor accounts are up to date. Liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments. Prepare and process payments to creditors, ensuring timely and accurate settlements. Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Qualifications & skills: Proficiency in Pastel Evolution is essential. 2 years experience in a similar role Proven experience in managing creditor books with a value of R50 million to R100 million.
