Job Functions:Ensuring that all the documents are correct before processing in ABACAEnsuring that Tax Invoices are SARS compliant Full creditors functionMatching supplier invoices to relevant official orders and PODsCapturing invoices and credit notes on ABACAReconciling supplier statementsReconciling creditors control accounts and aged analysisReconciling outstanding GRNs Reconciling outstanding GRVs Extracting of authorised paymentsSending of remittance advices to suppliers Handling all queries relating to creditorsPreparing of month-end & year-end reportsMonth-end and financial year-end responsibilitiesRequirementsFinancial computer package experience (Pastel or SAGE)4 years creditors experience in large manufacturing concernSkillsMS OfficeAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work under pressure and make strict deadlinesAptitude for mathematics and accounting or financeExcellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent co-ordinating skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of age analysis and general ledger structuresQualificationsMatricTertiary education in accounting will be an advantage
