Minimum Requirements: Proficient in Sage Pastel and ExcelCompetent in Microsoft Office SuiteTertiary education (Certificate or Diploma)Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar roleFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishFemale candidates preferredAged between 25 to 35 yearsComfortable with double-entry accountingOwn reliable transportResiding in the Northern SuburbsKey Responsibilities: Capture and reconcile creditor accountsCapture and reconcile bank accountsManage and reconcile credit/debit/fleet cardsCapture and reconcile debtors'' discountsCapture and reconcile sales reconciliationsLiaise with IT managementCollaborate with sales teamsPerform ad hoc duties as requiredMaintain organized filing systemsPersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and organizedStrong time management abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work under pressureCompensation: Cost to Company (CTC): R16,000Includes medical aid and retirement annuity
