Responsibilities include:
Accurate capturing, reconciling and preparing of payment packs of all Account Payable invoices for a specific set of Entities and Properties in the Group on MDA.
Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.
Liaise with service providers & municipalities
Loading of payments and beneficiaries on the Bank
Meeting Monthly capturing and Payment deadlines
Capturing of Tenant recoveries
Required Skills

Accounts Payable Clerk: 2 to 3 years
Preparation Of Payment And Raising Cheques: 2 to 3 years
Monthly Capturing: 2 to 3 years
Liaise With Municipalities: 2 to 3 years
