Creditors Clerk | Cape Town | Tile And Building Industry

We are looking for dynamic and competent Creditors Clerk to join their team in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00, Saturday 08.00 - 15.00 and alternative Sun and Public Holidays 9.00 - 14.00.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capturing of Sundry orders, Purchase orders, GRNs and daybookComplete Cash-Back applications.Petty cash reconciliationOrdering of goods (stationary, cleaning supplies, Servest products)Maintaining Asset registerMaintaining expense sheetBatching, checking and processing of transporter documents (Export & Local)Relief to cashiers and receptionistRaising stock purchase ordersStock take inputsControlling stationary and cleaning materialPreperation of daily courier bag to be sent to Head OfficeGeneral administration KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Matric (Mathematics and Accounting are essential)Minimum 3 years working experience in creditorsKnowledge/experience working on a computerized accounting softwareNumeracy skillsGood communication skillsStrong attention to detailMust be able to work weekends and public holidays as requiredBe able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to learn and adapt quicklyAttention to DetailExcellent time-keeping and work ethic/ attendance recordAble to work in a pressurized environment Salary: CTC will be R8 000 - R 10 000, Basic R 6460 and balance on incentive
