Creditors Admistrator

The Job: Matric. Degree or Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Automotive experience, a strong advantage. Key Performance areas: Report to the Finance Controller: Creditors: Prepare credit applications. Reconcile creditors balance to creditors statements. Prepare and submit creditors payments. Submit information to the general ledger for relevant accruals. Prepare ledger balances and an initial trial balance for audits and year-end processes. Load weekly bank transfers (creditors and wages). Cash Management - share weekly payment forecast for cash forecast Co-ordinate meetings, minor events and travel arrangements.
