Creditors Administrator

My client is seeking an experience Creditors Clerk to join their financial team.
Responsibilities: Verify all that all documents are correct before processingMatch supplier invoices to relevant orders and POD'sCapture invoices and credit notesReconcile supplier statements and clear old recon items Reconcile creditors control accounts and aged analysisReconcile outstanding Goods Received Notes and Goods Returned VouchersExtract authorised paymentsSend remittance advices to suppliers after payment runFile and store invoices and creditors documentsHandle all creditors queries Complete and file of supplier credit applicationsPrepare month-end & year-end reports on outstanding creditorsAdhere to company internal banking verification processesRequirements: 1 year experience in Accounts Payable, handling high volume transactions Proficient in Excel, paperless system approach Strong attention to detail, and understanding of accounting principles Able to work independently, highly self disciplined Problem solver, critical thinkerPlease note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
