Job DescriptionProvide administrative and financial support to Credit Managers within the VKB Fuels department, ensuring efficient processing of credit applications, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with VKB's policies and industry regulations.RequirementsGrade 12 or NQF4Experience in the banking, financial, petroleum, or retail environment is advantageousProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, at an intermediate levelAbility to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlinesStrong numerical skills and attention to detailDuties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policiesCoordinate with suppliers and branches on matters related to credit terms and account statusAssist with scheduling and maintaining cash flow as needed within the fuels departmentLoad payments and perform creditor reconciliationsCarry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to timeSkillsHigh level of accuracy and analytical thinkingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenConflict handling and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure with time constraintsTeam-oriented and adaptableProactive problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills
