Credit Risk Portfolio Manager

Leading Financial Services Company requires a Credit Risk Portfolio Manager to join their team and be responsible forassessing, analysing, and mitigating credit risks within the portfolio of lending products.
DescriptionMonitor the performance of credit portfolios, identifying trends and potential risks, and recommending appropriate risk mitigation strategies.Preparingand presenting reports to senior managementManaging model risk for the credit portfolio.Ensure the Credit Risk framework and related credit policies are aligned to regulatory developmentsContribute to the development and implementation of credit risk strategy across the credit lifecycle.Implement and monitor credit limit increase and decrease strategies on the existing portfolio to optimise profits.Ensure effective monitoring and accurate reporting for all products within the banks credit portfolioMatric / Grade 12Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in mathematics /Statistics / Data Science, or a related Quantitative QualificationMin 4years' experience in credit risk management.Experience across the credit value chain would be a strong advantage.
