In this role, you will lead the creation and implementation of credit risk reports, strategies, and models across the consumer credit cycle. You should be passionate about data, technology, and teamwork, with a desire to grow your skills. Collaborating with credit operations and sales, you will help achieve corporate goals related to project outcomes, quality, budgeting, and scheduling. Your tasks will include using advanced analytical methods to derive insights from data, developing strategies, and presenting detailed recommendations. Responsibilities: Create predictive models across the credit lifecycle.Develop advanced solutions to solve business growth challenges.Prepare professional reports and presentations for the Credit Risk Committee.Analyse reports and perform investigative analytics to solve problems.Conduct model validation, testing, and monitoring.Develop, implement, and monitor scorecards.Develop and monitor credit risk strategies.Analyse and monitor collection performance.Build strong relationships with credit operations and sales to identify areas for development.Collaborate on joint projects with teams like sales, marketing, data analytics, credit bureaus, and external consultants. Qualifications and Skills: A Degree in statistics, operational research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in consumer credit analytics in the retail sector.Familiarity with credit bureaus like TransUnion or Experian.Fluent in English.Technical Skills:Proficient in Python, SQL, SAS, R, Power BI, Tableau.Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.Data processing, validation, and manipulation skills.Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Skills & Attributes:Passionate about data and technology, eager to grow and learn.Strong collaboration and presentation skills.Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Capable of explaining insights clearly to inform business decisions.Excellent customer service orientation and fast-paced work capability.
