Credit Manager

Our client is currently on the lookout for a Credit Manager to join their team permanently in Germiston. Duties:Oversea debtors teamManage credit and collections functionDevelop and implement credit policies and procedures.Leadership and training innovationWork closely with the sales and finance departments to align credit policies with business goals.Assist in the negotiation of payment terms with customers.Ensure all credit activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.Stay up to date with changes in credit management best practices and legal requirements.Implement measures to mitigate potential credit risks.Monitor economic trends and industry developments that could impact credit risk. Qualifications & Experience:10 Years' experience in a managerial roleBCom Accounting or BCom or Financial Accounting degreeAbility to handle stress/ pressurised environmentManagement experience is essentialProficiency in accounting softwares (e.g. AccPacc, Greatplains and PowerBI)If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.  For more finance jobs, please visit www.networkrecruitment.co.zaIf you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
