Job title : Credit Controller - PepsiCo Park CDC SnacksJob Location : Gauteng, GermistonDeadline : February 22, 2025Quick Recommended Links Jobs by Location Job by industries Responsibilities INCOMING FOREIGN RECEIPS Declaration of incoming foreign proceeds to the bank.  Processing of all receipts on SAP.  Processing of credits for bank charges and settlement discounts.  Clearing of line items relating to incoming funds, bank charges, discounts and claim credits.  Electronic filing of all related correspondence.  Manage SARB register where debits and credits need to be cleared against each other which contradict SARB regulations.  MONITORING OF DEBTOR ACCOUNTS F&B Monitoring of debtor accounts.  Communication to customers regarding overdue amounts.  Reconciliation of accounts.  Follow up on short payments.  Manage Monthly statements.  Customer enquiries.  Daily customer age analysis update.  CUSTOMER MASTER DATA Opening of new customer accounts on SAP.  Maintenance of International customer master data on SAP (sales related master data advised by BU).  CREDIT LIMITS CGIC applications, taking credit limits through the SOA process.     Qualifications SAP knowledge.  Finance Degree/Diploma or Credit Management Qualification.   Credit Control background within FMCG environment.  Knowledge of export customers, UCR numbers, SAD500.  Min of 2 - 3 years Credit Control experience.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Code 08 drivers licence.  Aptitude for figures.  MS Office literate.  Accounting / Financial Services  jobs
