Job Title: Credit ControllerReference: JHB000206-CB-1A leading multinational company within the Retail industry is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for capturing customer receipts, releasing valid and authorized orders, allocation of receipts, reconciling customer accounts, issuing valid credit notes, sending statements, responding to all customer queries, collection of debts, and managing customer terms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEducation:Financial qualificationSkills/Experience required:Minimum of 5 years in a similar positionAdvanced Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP, etc.)Experience working on OracleJob Description:Manage credit applicationsMonth-end reportingUpload daily customer receipts into Oracle as received from Accountant or Financial SupervisorDealer account managementEnsure that all Journal Entries are accurately calculated and authorized prior to processingFollow up on credits taken by the dealer and investigate where and when it was received if not yet credited on the dealer accountEnsure that payments due from dealer accounts are collected on time and in a professional manner.Ensure that payments are checked against the request for documentation approval for pending orders to be released.Package & RemunerationR 25000 - R 30000 - Monthly plus Medical Aid, Provident and 13th chequePlease apply directly by clicking on the apply button or visit www.placetalent.co.za for more exciting opportunities.
