Credit Controller

As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and timely account reconciliation.
Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve disputes effectively will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and financial stability.Key Responsibilities:Support the billing process for insured and self-pay patients.Confirm patient account charges and submit claims to insurance companies.Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.Build strong relationships with insurance companies for effective dispute resolution.Develop and implement credit control procedures to ensure timely invoice payments.Provide regular reporting on billing activities, aged debt, and credit control performance.Stay updated with changes in healthcare regulations and insurance policies to ensure compliance.Requirements:Minimum Matric with tertiary education highly advantageousDrivers License and Own VehicleMinimum 2 Years Experience in medical billingExperience in Medical billing platforms such as Elixir Live, Mededi, iHealth, Healthbridge, VericlaimKnowledge of SAMA advantageousRemuneration: R12 000 - R15 000 dependent on experience**Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted**
