Credit Controller

Grade 12 with 5 years full function Credit Control experienceStrong Excel and Sage skillsStrong FMCG industry experience, handling a Book value of R100 million plusDuties will include -Managing and minimizing days outstanding and credit risk (maintaining Debtors within target set by the Company)Follow up, collection and allocation of payments on Sage Accounting SystemMinimizing bad debtsReviewing and maintaining customer credit limits and recording/noting of annual agreement renewals of customersSending out copy invoices, PODs and monthly statements and ensuring payments are received on timeAnalyzing, investigation and resolving customer queries and outstanding claims per monthly reports (short delivery, returns, pricing differences, PODs)Running various reports (Age Analysis, claims report,etc)Reconciliation of accountsRisk control: opening new accounts, running credit reportsBlocking and unblocking accounts, releasing customers orders and handling legal and pre legal accounts
