REQUIREMENTS Matric or relevant qualification advantageous5 10 years working experience as a Credit ControllerMicrosoft office experienceGood communication skillsAbility to work independently and as a teamAbility to recognise issues and use initiative to identify and discuss proposed solutionsMicrosoft office experience essentialAble to work independently and as a teamExcellent communication skills to deal with clients and DirectorsUK Office hours: 09:00 18:00 & 10:00 19:00Hybrid working - good internet access is essential DUTIES Managing 3000 3500 accountsAutomated arrears sweep every two weeksManual sweeps every 6 monthsMeet deadlines on credit control and reportingAttend to direct debt scheduleProcess invoices and periodic chargesReach consensus with clients regarding realistic and suitable payment plansAttend to 30 days up until 120 days accountsAdvise directors of accounts being handed over to the solicitorsAll correspondence with solicitors on breach filesAttend to inbound/outbound calls on accounts to obtain paymentAttend to telephone paymentsAttend to debtor queries and assisted in rehabilitating their accountsConverse with clients and directorsRespond to all email enquiries (both receipts and personal mailbox)Manuel arears reports for PMs when requested Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
