Purpose of the Role:
LEZA seeks to employ a Credit Controller to ensure timely and accurate capturing, reconciliation and payment of creditors accounts and processing of Cashbook.
You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that all tax invoices are authorised and have necessary attached documentation.
Accurate and timely processing of valid tax invoices.
Preparing creditors reconciliation to supplier statements.
Accrual of all contracted/monthly expenses.
Follow up on all outstanding invoices/queries per the supplier statement.
Ensuring accurate & timely payment of supplier accounts as per agreed credit terms.
Control and processing of petty cash.
EFT and Cheque payments.
Processing of Cashbooks.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Matric.
3-5 years creditors related experience.
Excellent numerical ability.
High attention to detail.
Good problem solving.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excel experience essential.
ACCPAC Windows essential.
Driver's license and own transport.
