Credit Controller

Requirements:Matric plus some form of credit management certificate (can be in progress) A 3 year qualification in business will be advantageous3 - 5 years credit control experienceSAP CRM experience is highly beneficialHigh attention to detailWork well under pressureAbility to make complex decisionsCollaborative and able to build good relationshipsResponsibilities include but not limited to:Credit application approvals and ongoing vetting of credit limitsMonitor and release blocked orders as a high priorityPayment allocations to be completed within set turnaround timesManage account queries. Respond timeouslyCollection of overdue accountsContact customers regularly as per agreed targetsFollow up on non-paymentsSend out dunning letters as per company policyEnsure that the age analysis is printed, interpreted & actioned throughout the monthAdjustment Journals & Credit Notes. Ensure journals and credit notes are accurate and authorisedRecommend Customers for handover/collection
