Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely payment collection while retaining happy customersReconcile complex accounts and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients using cutting-edge vetting systemsTake ownership of diverse debt categories, including non-tender, tender, and intergroup debtsKeep debtor balances in check, driving down Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Uphold credit policies while collaborating confidently with internal and external stakeholdersSkills & Experience: Proficient in credit risk management and customer database systemsAdvanced MS Excel skills and experience with SAP or large ERP systemsStrong knowledge of credit legislation and credit vetting enginesDeadline-driven with razor-sharp attention to detailA relentless focus on cash flow optimizationEthical, team-oriented, and adaptable to changeAnalytical thinker with excellent time management skillsQualification:Credit Management Certificate (Entry Level 2) OR Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting.Minimum 5+ years in credit control or finance roles.
