Credit Controller

Perform credit control duties, following company policies and proceduresCommunicate proactively with debtors to confirm payment dates, resolve issues, and ensure prompt paymentsDistribute invoices and account statements, supporting efficient payment processingAllocate payments accurately within financial systemsWork with internal teams to resolve invoice disputes and maintain accuracy in invoicingOversee the Aged Debtors list, monitor overdue accounts, and escalate issues when necessaryConduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepanciesStrive to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by securing timely paymentsDevelop positive relationships with debtors to facilitate consistent payment cyclesSkills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years in credit control with attention to detail and a proactive attitudeExperience in recruitment or similar fast-paced environments is advantageousAdvanced Excel skills and strong reconciliation abilitiesProficient in financial software (experience with similar systems is beneficial)Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with debtorsOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Qualification:Matric Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on
