As a Credit Controller/Financial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit control processes and providing financial support to the team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to its continued success.Responsibilities:Assisting the Financial Director: Providing support on all financial matters.Managing Customer and Supplier Accounts: Overseeing all aspects of customer and supplier accounts, including setting up accounts with terms and conditions, performing account reconciliations, addressing and resolving customer and supplier queries, ensuring timely payments, following up on overdue payments, reviewing debt recovery procedures, suspending supply of goods and services to overdue customers, and sending invoices and statements.Bookkeeping Functions: Maintaining and balancing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll expenses, and managing cash collections.
