Credit Controller East Rand

Reference: JHB004756-Tonia-1A dynamic manufacturing organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a Credit Controller with 3 – 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesMatricRelevant training courses (highly advantageous)3 – 5 years' experience dealing with large customersUnderstanding of data privacy standardsSolid communication skills both written and verbalRelevant Degree/Diploma/Certificate in relevant/related field will be advantageousKnowledge and experience in the mining / manufacturing industry will be advantageousTrustworthy, Integrity, Strong financial acumen, Analytical, Attention to detail Confidentiality and Deadline drivenSend monthly statements to Accounts Payable of allocated clients.Provide reports/summaries from time to time as requested from the line managerCompile and provide a weekly cash forecast to the Financial Manager on a weekly basisManage Accounts Receivable by setting collection targets and ensuring that targets are metManage and review Debtors reconciliationReconciling of Accounts receivableOversee and manage all supplier applications (Setup and application processes)Ensuring the AP Masterfile is kept up to dateAssisting AP as instructed by my direct line managerSetting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balancesFiling and recordkeeping and upkeepPackage & Remuneration
