Check out the details below and apply today to become part of our dedicated team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct month-end collections and achieve set targets.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations to support the payment process.Prepare and structure monthly invoices/statements to facilitate timely payments.Perform credit vetting and provide recommendations on credit risk.Maintain and update debtor records.Address account queries, proof of deliveries (PODs), credits, etc., in a timely manner.Maintain proper filing of day-to-day documentation.Accurately allocate payments from bank statements to respective accounts.Demonstrate excellent telephone manners and communication skills.Possess effective collection skills and the ability to negotiate payment arrangements.Desired Experience & QualificationDiploma in Credit Management 1, 2, 3, or 4, or equivalent qualification.Knowledge & Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control/Debtors.Competencies:ReconciliationsProblem-solvingAccuracyComputer literacyExcellent telephone mannerAbility to meet deadlinesStrong team playerInterested?Freddy Hirsch is committed to the principles of the Employment Equity Act, and preference will be given to candidates aligned with the business' EE targets and goals.
