IntroductionWHO ARE WE?Drs Mabasa and D'Andrea Incorporated trading as MD Inc., is a Cape Town based company of Specialist Emergency Physicians who share a passion for Quality Emergency Care.Post: Credit ControllerPost Reports to: Credit Control SupervisorLocation: Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town)Duties & ResponsibilitiesTimely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis.Allocation of payments.Reconciling of debtors statements.Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts.Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis).Liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.Deadline Driven.Target Driven.High attention to detail.Team Player.Takes initiative.Ability to handle pressure.Desired Experience & QualificationExperience in GoodX and Medemass (Elixir Live) system advantageous.2-3 years experience in a Credit Control role preferred.Good knowledge and understanding of Medical Aid guidelines/rules/benefits (advantageous).Package & RemunerationSalary to be disclosed to the successful candidate.Incentive structure.Prospective Employee to start as soon as possible.Interested?NB: Interested applicants can forward their detailed CV to ******.
