Job DescriptionTo gather, analyze and draw insights from client financial information pertaining to credit risk.
Conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of client data to understand credit exposure and liability; conduct cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis and other investigations as necessary.Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and those who hold business relationships with clients to gain an intimate knowledge of the clients' business, environment, and the industry they compete in.Assess a wide range of credit structures and propose solutions to challenges.Engage in scenario analysis and stress-testing to evaluate potential and actual risks.Present findings and insights to line management and/or the credit committee, and provide recommendations where required.Remain keenly abreast of industry and legislative developments and the impact thereof on portfolios.Advise more junior team members on aspects of client credit reviews, assisting them in identifying risks, and providing expertise and guidance.Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients for the purpose of gathering relevant information and undertaking analyses.Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability.Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy.Accumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities.Build relationships that allow for the managing of expectations, the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights, and the creation of buy-in.Job DetailsApplication Closing Date: 01/01/25
