Credit Analyst

An established wealth management company, specializing in funding and investments, is seeking the expertise of a Credit Analyst to join their investment team. Responsible for analyzing unlisted businesses, preparing loan submissions and related agreements.
Responsibilities: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.Prepare documentation and analysis, financial forecast models, and investment memos.Establish and ensure company procedures meet conditions for the provisions and special loan conditions for clients.Prepare and conclude loan agreements and further documentation.Monitor loan agreement compliance and credit exposure.Communicate with other staff on matters relating to existing and new loans.
